Yoshitaka Amano, Character Designer for Final Fantasy, @ LeBasse Projects

Saturday night, Culver City's LeBasse Projects unveiled "Deva Loka," the latest collection from Yoshitaka Amano. Beloved for his character designs for Final Fantasy and Vampire Hunter D, Amano worked with auto paint and metallic glitter on this series of paintings. Joining him was local Yoskay Yamamoto, who debuted his largest installation yet, "Tell Me a Story..." in the gallery's project room.
