Ooh la L.A! Festival celebrated its third year of showcasing French artist in Los Angeles over the weekend at the El Rey Theatre. We caught Friday night's show featuring Tinariwen, from the Sahara Desert region of Mali. Throughout their performance they were joined by Tunde Adebimpe and Kip Malone of TV on The Radio as well as Flea and Josh Klinghoffer of The Red Hot Chili Peppers. All photos by Timothy Norris.
