The NOS Events Center in San Bernardino once again hosted the annual Paid Dues Festival. The festival, which celebrated its 7th year, once again gave underground hip-hop artists a chance to perform alongside big names. Younger cats such as Tiron & Ayomari, Los Rakas, Kosha Dillz and Odd Future shared the bill alongside veterans such as DJ Quik, Hieroglyphics, Dilated Peoples and the Wu-Tang Clan.
