Long Beach Crawfish Festival

Thousands of people came out to enjoy the Long Beach Crawfish Festival at the Rainbow Lagoon. Plates were piled high with crawfish, yummy potatoes and sweet corn on the cob. A.J. Gibbs, Waylon Thibodeaux were just a few of the many great performers that provided music for dancing. The festival brought a little bit of New Orleans to Long Beach, including the popular French Quarter beignets desserts. All photos by Susan Slade Sanchez.
