Life is Beautiful -- a massive art and music festival celebrating all things beautiful to the spirit -- hit downtown Las Vegas last weekend. The show featured a Culinary Village showcasing chefs and gourmet-types, murals and interactive art, Cirque Du Soleil performances and influential speakers such as Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh and Life Is Beautiful founder Rehan Choudry. Music ranged from electro to hip-hop, rock, and alternative featuring The Killers, Kings of Leon, Imagine Dragons, Janelle Monae, Vampire Weekend, Empire of The Sun, Nico Vega and many more, including local acts such as Sabriel.     On Saturday, the Television Academy and FIDM Museum and Galleries kicked off the Eighth Annual exhibition of "The Outstanding Art of Television Costume Design" with an exclusive preview and reception party. 100 costumes are featured from over 20 shows representing the nominees of the 66th Emmy Awards.
