Electric Daisy Carnival 2012: Day Two

June 10, 2012
The Electric Daisy Carnival Saturday evening was suppose to be the best show and largest draw ever, featuring Bassnectar, Calvin Harris (with a surprise guest appearance of Rihanna), AVICII, Tiesto, MSTRKRFT and Las Vegas’ own Blue Man Group collaborating with Steve Aoki. Instead over 90,000 fans will not forget Saturday night with production’s decision to discontinue any performances on all stages due to adverse high winds. Insomnianc’s decision was made at 12:40 a.m. The official response from Insomniac by CEO Pasquale Rotella was the “top priority has always been fan safety.” All photos by Christopher Victorio.
