Echo Park's Lost Lotuses

This weekend marks the 31st annual Lotus Festival, but once again the Lotuses in the Echo Park lake are in bad shape and won't be blooming.

With the Lotus Festival just days away, the lake at Echo Park has again failed to grow any of the namesake flowers.
