Eat a Peach: The Summer Joys of Stone Fruit

The end of August is high season for stone fruit in Southern California, with peaches in particular loading the stalls of L.A. farmers markets. Peaches, pluots, plums and more peaches, including the prized O'Henrys, which are only available for a few short weeks.
