The 7th Annual L.A. Burning Man Decompression featured over 50 art and interactive installations combined with 7 entertainment stages, organized by the Los Angeles League of Arts (LALA). In the spirit of Burning Man, people were encouraged to don costumes for self expression, and over 5000 attended. When festivities ended at midnight, over 1000 people continued to "After Party," thrown by Space Island at downtown's Nucleus Event Center. Space Island is a local group based around Burning Man culture and has a year round following.

CuriousJosh brings you scenes from the L.A. underground including The 7th Annual L.A. Burning Man Decompression and the sexy Space Island "After Party." See how San Francisco decompressed in SF Weekly's slideshow.
