20th Annual Riverside Dicken's Festival

More than 150 costumed performers (Steampunk, Victorian gentry, famous dead authors) and 20,000 festival goers descended on historic downtown Riverside this weekend to celebrate the 20th annual Riverside Dickens Festival where there was a formal ball, a street faire, a circus, a Victorian fashion show, and lots and lots of hoop skirts.
