Wolvesmouth Holds 5-Course Beer Belly Dinner
Craig Thornton wants you to know that this is definitely NOT a pop-up. Nevertheless, he's bringing his micro-restaurant Wolvesmouth to Beer Belly, the recently opened Koreatown beer bar. Reigning in his epic tendencies, Thornton is making a five-course, $50, prix fixe meal. The main protein is lamb. You can buy libations from Beer Belly or BYOB. If you've wanted to check out Wolvesmouth but haven't cajoled, begged or bribed Dim Sum Pup into bumping you to the top of the insane waiting list, this may be a better bet.
Wolvesbelly happens on June 28th in two sittings, one at 6:30 p.m. and one at 9 p.m. There will be 28 tickets available for each seating, but they'll get booked up fast. Reservations will be released online later today in batches: at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Get your typing fingers ready.
