Says owner Adam Fleischman, "This is the start of more local food at the Grove, the mall that put Mid-City on the map."
The space, in the former Wonderland Bakery location, was designed by Kanner Architects. The website uses a bunch of fun words to describe the space, including "ubiquitous pickled blonde wood," which was totally the name of my high school band but in this case is probably just a creative description of a wall.
There are a couple of new menu items at the new location, including a truffle burger that's different from the truffle burgers at the other locations, plus Umami chips and Umami milkshakes.
