Twitter Feud of the Week: Tom Colicchio vs. Dan Moody
It seems that a few weeks ago we missed a classic tweet-off between Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio and local chef Dan Moody, a former LudoBites sous chef who has spun off several pop-ups throughout Southern California, including a recent stint at Culver City's Batch.
Moody called out Colicchio on his stance against pink slime, that finely ground meat sludge that was recently banned by several grocery store chains. Wait, was Moody really arguing in favor of pink slime? His Twitter bio does state, "Always up for a good debate/discussion," and that is exactly what Colicchio was happy to serve.
