Bottlenotes will host an inclusive wine party that features 80-plus tastings in the form of unlimited one-ounce pours, followed by gelato and light appetizers, at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Mid-Wilshire.

Santa Monica Walking Food Tour
Get familiar with Santa Monica through its food on an eight-block tour. Possible stops along the way include Bay Cities Deli, Rockenwagner Bakery and Border Grill. The length of the tour is approximately four hours, with four to six stops.

Porchetta Roast at Cecconi's
Cecconi's will celebrate the Italian holiday of Ferragosto, now a tradition on its third annual run, with a traditional roasted porchetta and, the latest addition to the restaurant, Prosecco on tap. Alongside porchetta and Prosecco, there will be applesauce, wood oven–roasted potatoes and pork cracklings.
