Bouchon Beverly Hills has an opening for a chef de partie (that's the French kitchen brigade name for a line cook or station chef). To quote the job listing, which was posted on the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group website on March 1st:
This is a great opportunity for a recent culinary graduate who has classic technique, a commitment to quality and an eye for detail. Qualified candidates will be efficient, focused, possess solid knife skills and have a general understanding for cooking principles.
We don't know what the pay or benefits are like, but you get to work for Thomas Keller, who later this month will be made a chevalier of the French Legion of Honor, only the third American chef to receive the honor (Julia Child and Alice Waters being the other two). If interested, apply here.
