Bluebird Café gives you a day to recover when it hosts the "Recession Fighting/Tax-Day-Is-Over" wine tasting on Thursday from 6:30-9 p.m. The whole shebang costs $29 total and includes the wines, food, live music, tax and gratuity. The only extra money you'll spend is on vintages to bring home, should you decide to take advantage of Bluebird's discounts that night. Wine expert Peter D. Last but not least, Wally's is picking up the sales tax tab for customers on all Wednesday purchases. Technically, the offer is online only, but we're told that if you place your order ahead and collect it at the store, then you don't have to pay the tax.
