elBulli Reservation Line Open for 2010: Your Time Starts Now
Want to eat at elBulli sometime this year? Better make your reservations now. As noted by both Zagat and Eater, reservations are now being accepted for the 2010 season. You have until the middle of January to email Ferran Adrià's restaurant, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
From the elBulli (it's one word now) website: "We are obligated to forewarn you that, due our limited room capacity for one season, it will be impossible to fulfill most of the requests even those received at the beginning of January. We will give you an answer as soon as possible but the revision of reservation requests is a very complicated and slow moving process." Right. So email, or you'll have to get your nitrogen fix somewhere else.
