You might not be able to sing like Beyonce, and it’s unlikely you could ever look like Beyonce, no matter how much Pilates you do (sorry). You probably can’t even name your daughter Blue Ivy (we’re pretty sure she’s copyrighted that). But, for a mere $215 or so a week, you can eat exactly like Queen Bey herself.
Multitasking Mrs. Carter has teamed up with exercise physiologist Marco Borges, her trainer, to launch the 22 Days Nutrition vegan home delivery meal service.
Beyonce took the 22 Days Nutrition challenge in the winter of 2013 with husband Jay Z and has since made an effort to include more plant-based foods in her everyday diet. (The program's philosophy is based on the concept that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, and on the 22nd day you are well on your way to forming new habits.)
Borges' meals are low in fat, sugar and salt and consist of whole foods such as vegetables, beans, grains, herbs and spices. Some choices include “hearty nut granola” or almond berry loaf for breakfast; and curried fried rice with vegetables, Southern black beans with vegetables, ratatouille pasta with pesto, and winter beans with “zesty-parsley” quinoa for lunch or dinner.
"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example," Beyonce said. "He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."
The longtime fitness expert says it's not about asking everyone to become vegan, but rather to make healthier food choices so they can live a more energetic and productive life.
"I am humbled by this incredible partnership and excited to share the many benefits of a whole-foods plant-based diet," Borges said.
The meals are 100 percent plant-based, made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free, and are delivered once a week. There are three plans to choose from: 1 Meal a Day, lunch or dinner; 2 Meals a Day, lunch and dinner; or 3 Meals a Day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also choose a five- or seven-day meal option. Meals range from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal and can be ordered here.

This could seriously be a good option for all the single ladies who don’t like to cook. (Sorry, we had to.)
Or, you could just wait for Borges’ book, The 22 Day Revolution: The Plant-Based Program That Will Transform Your Body, Reset Your Habits And Change Your Life, which will be out April 28.
