On Mother's Day L.A. sheriff's officials announced that a 21-year-old Whittier father was arrested on suspicion of murdering his 6-month-old baby girl. The suspect, Eduardo Orozco, was arrested over the weekend after the baby "suffered blunt force injuries," according to a sheriff's statement:
