Young Woman Trying to Find Her Ride After Night Out Attacked by Two Men in Arclight Parking Lot in Hollywood
A woman was sexually attacked in Hollywood.
Updated after the jump: The District Attorney's office argues that the woman had consensual sex with the suspect and indicates she allegedly lied about the situation.
Cops say a twentysomething woman who lost her way to her ride after a Saturday night out in Hollywood was sexually attacked by two of five men who had befriended her.
Late Sunday the LAPD said they had a vehicle connected to the suspects but that no one had been arrested.
It happened about 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Ivar Avenue near Sunset Boulevard, in a parking structure shared by ...
... an Arclight theater, the Cinerama Dome and a 24 Hour Fitness location.

Apparently she had become separated from friends and was looking for her ride when five men befriended her. Two of them attacked her, cops say.
After the victim shouted for help her friends came to her aid and called cops right away, according to an LAPD statement. She was hospitalized and released.
Police said they were checking out security video in the area to see if they can ID any of the assailants.
They urged area nightlight patrons not to come to any conclusions about possible rapists on the loose:
This appears to be an isolated incident and should not cause the community to be overly alarmed.
Anyone with info about the suspects was asked to call Det. Kathleen Roditis at 213-473-0447 or 1-877-LAPD-24-7.
Update: Police arrested 23-year-old Chris Cordoza of Reseda and said he is the sole rape suspect in the case. Cops nabbed him as he was leaving work Tuesday in the 8900 block of Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
He was booked on suspicion of raped and held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Detectives stated that the investigation was still ongoing.
Update No. 2: The L.A. District Attorney's office declined to file charges against Chris Anthony Cardoza, who had been arrested on suspicion of rape and forced oral copulation.
The office's "charge evaluation" argues that the victim was drunk and claimed that two men carried her to a car outside a club and forced her to have sex.
Interestingly, the D.A.'s office notes that the "victim admitted to being extremely intoxicated." Under a controversial aspect of California rape laws, if you're so intoxicated you can't give consent, and that's still supposed to be (alleged) rape.
Anyway, the evaluation argues that the woman met the suspect outside the club and agreed to have intercourse and oral sex.
Immediately after, the D.A.'s office states, she walked outside the car and "started talking to another man," whom she flirted with and gave her number.
The evaluation states that a security guard witnessed her being friendly with the suspect and flirting with the other guy.
"Victim never told the second male or the security guard that she was assaulted," the evaluation states.
