World of Wonder Turns a Page
All things must pass and, this Saturday, Hollywood's World of Wonder Storefront Gallery willclose out its "Bettie Page: Heaven Bound" exhibit with a load of exhibitionists. That is to say, there'll be a Bettie Page Lookalike contest (Black Dahlia lookalikes need not apply), judged by the show's curator, the voluptuous art provocateur Lenora Claire and Warhol superstar Joe Dellesandro -- kind of a Meat Meets Heat partnership. Bettie Page iconographer Olivia will also be on hand to autograph her books of sensuous illustrations. Prize winners will receive prizes Bettie Page store gift certificates and Page paraphernalia.
Sat., 8-11 p.m.; 6650 Hollywood Blvd.; (323) 603-630.
