Once Again, L.A. Has the Nation's Worst Celebrity Neighbors

There are many awesome things about L.A., including our coast line, mountains and global food. Sometimes the people, though, especially transplants, don't make that list of local goodness.
For the second year running the worst celebrity neighbor in America lives here. Of course.
It's none other than pop boy Justin Bieber, according to the eighth annual Celebrity Neighbor Survey of Americans by real estate website Zillow. One in three respondents called Biebs "the most undesirable neighbor of 2014," the site says.
That was the highest percentage of people calling one person a worst celebrity neighbor in the survey's history, Zillow says.

Given the alleged egging of a neighbor's home when he lived in Calabasas, and numerous police responses to noise complaints at his short-lived Beverly Hills condo, we're not surprised.
"No one wants to live on the same street as someone accused of reckless driving or egging neighboring homes," says Amy Bohutinsky, Zillow chief marketing officer.
Ironically, Bieber now rents a glass house—really—near Beverly Hills for $59,000 a month, the site says. Keep your stones to yourself.
Last year's champions are also L.A. area residents—Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. This year they made second place, with 22 percent of the vote.
Number three Miley Cyrus, yet another Angeleno, got 10 percent of the vote.
You have to make it down to number four on the worst celebrity neighbor list to find a non-L.A. resident. That would be Donald Trump.
Number one on the list of most desirable neighbors is a two-time winner—New Yorker Jimmy Fallon.
Jimmy Fallon ... had an incredibly successful first year on ‘The Tonight Show,’ is well-liked by Americans and carries a positive, relatable vibe.
Here's Zillow's list of best and worst neighbors. Enjoy. And remember to love thy neighbor. Unless it's Bieber.
