O.C. Child Rapist Lawrence Joseph Brown Released From Prison, Quickly Arrested And Put Behind Bars Again
That super-scum we told you about this week, convicted child rapist Lawrence Joseph Brown, only experienced a half hour or so of freedom before he was arrested by Tustin police on a parole violation Wednesday evening.
You see, Brown was actually released from prison in Chino Wednesday after serving 25 years of a 49-year sentence for the brutal, 1983 rapes of girls ages 7 and 8 in Santa Ana.
He was eligible, and Deputy Warden Richard Alvarado said he had to let him walk.
This despite evidence, via our sister publication OC Weekly, that a possible new victim of Brown had come forward and could have possibly prevented his release.

In any case, an outraged Orange County District Attorney's office, which Tuesday stated that Brown would have received 300 years in today's justice system, had the convict tailed by its investigators.
And guess what? They caught him catching a ride home to Tustin with his girlfriend. He can't be alone in a vehicle with a female as a condition of his parole.
Notified of the situation, Tustin police pulled the vehicle over and "violated" Brown -- likely sending him back to prison.
O.C. D.A. Tony Rackauckas said the arrest would buy enough time to have Brown designated as a "sexually violent predator," a move that would likely involve a jury's approval if he's to be released again.
