Obama's Occidental Records Remain Under Wraps Despite Birther Orly Taitz's Lawsuit
An O.C. birther who took Occidental College to court in an attempt to get the Eagle Rock school to release President Obama's undergraduate grades and records lost the case this month, according to the campus paper, The Occidential Weekly.
The woman, Rancho Santa Margarita attorney Orly Taitz, argued that Obama's alleged foreign birth should compel the Orange County Superior Court to forgo privacy laws and order that the info be released. The judge said no:
Even before the ruling Taitz emailed Occidental's lawyer with this rant:
Your opposition will constitute Obstruction of Justice, Aiding and Abetting in the elections fraud in forgery and treason in allowing a foreign citizen to usurp the U.S. Presidency with an aid of forged IDs and usurp the civil rights of the U.S. citizens. I would highly recommend not to attempt intimidating me any further.
At any rate your opposition and your attempt of intimidation and your allegiance or lack of allegiance to the United States of America is duly noted.
Pete Souza for the White House.
The suit against Obama and Occidental claimed, says The Occidental Weekly, that ...
... President Obama is a non U.S.-born citizen with a fake social security number who is ineligible to serve as President.
The judge ordered Taitz to pay Occidental $4,000 for its trouble.
