Murder Was the Case: L.A. Homicide No. 155, Man Shot in Hollywood Burger King Lot
A man gunned down in a Hollywood Burger King parking lot on July 12 has been identified as Gerson Rodriguez.

Rodriguez, 33, of Panorama City, was shot about 2:30 a.m. at 1030 N. Western Avenue, near Santa Monica Boulevard, according to police reports. Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. Police don't know a motive or whether the incident was gang-related.
