Lawrence Joseph Brown, Convicted Of Raping 7- And 8-Year-Old Girls, Scheduled To Be Back On SoCal's Streets Wednesday

In fact, the 52-year-old is due to be unleashed from Chino Wednesday.
Orange County D.A. Tony Rackauckas spread the word Tuesday, saying that if Brown was convicted of similar crimes today he'd have seen 300 years behind bars instead of 49.
