LAPD Arrests Nine People At Lakers Parade
The downtown parade celebrating the Los Angeles Lakers' NBA championship wrapped up Monday afternoon with no major incidents to report, according to fire and police officials. Officer Rosario Herrera told the Weekly nine people were arrested, but she did not have details. Two children were reported missing, and one has already been found. The fire department reported that a few people felt ill and were looked at, but that there were no serious injuries related to the parade. Nothing like this, however.
