Alexis Wallace, L.A. Homicide No. 114: Girl Killed in Apparent Game of Russian Roulette
A 16-year-old boy is in jail today on suspicion of killing his 15-year-old girlfriend in a Mid-city home.

The Sunday, May 23 shooting occurred at 5:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of Wellington Road. Alexis Wallace died at the hospital from a gunshot wound to the back of her head.
The boy, whose name has been with held, was booked on suspicion of murder and held without bail at the Eastlake Juvenile Hall. The Los Angeles Times reported that the two teens may have been playing Russian Roulette and when she got up to leave, the boy fired the gun at her, unaware there was still a bullet in the chamber.
