Cuteness Overload in Southern California: Young Father and Daughter Duet on "Be My Baby"
Donning a sunshine yellow t-shirt with primary-colored balloons saying "laugh," "dance," and "play," six-year-old Alexa Narvaez is just one-half of the devastatingly cute duo (and local heroes) that shot to viral video fame with a tear-jerking rendition of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes' "Home." This time Alexa and her father, 24-year-old Jorge Narvaez, do an equally-adorable acoustic version of The Ronettes' "Be My Baby," albeit without convicted killer Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound." If this father-daughter twosome gets any more precious, we might have to give up our bitter urban attitudes, crawl up into a pile of fluffy kittens, and allow our hearts to explode with beatific jubilation.
