Sushi Zo is one of the pricier sushi spots in the city, with a very strong
focus on omakase (chef's choice) dining. It is a fairly modern space despite
its location on the outer edges of a strip mall. Chef/owner Keizo Seki makes
his own soy sauce, and imports most of his ingredients from Japan.
