Liberation Yoga | Inglewood | Health and Fitness | General
Yoga is a serious thing in Los Angeles, a fact which Liberation Yoga, the La Brea-based yoga studio in Mid-City West, knows all too well. That's why the owners built a full-on temple to the body, mind and soul. The dark-stained studio floor is actually inside a garden, next to a bubbling fountain and lots of greenery, which makes for peaceful workouts and meditative sessions meant to restore your chakras. Class levels range from beginner to advanced, with toddler and family yoga options available as well, plus candlelight vinyasa flow levels that realign your inner consciousness. You may still be elbow-to-elbow with early-morning moms while you sweat, but the wooded scene and the instructors will make you feel a million miles away.
