Conceptualized by David Overton, founder of the Cheesecake Factory restaurants, the Grand Lux Cafe was initially designed for the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The décor is slightly similar to Cheesecake Factory with high ceilings, marble floors and large dining areas. The menu, portions, and cuisine types are large and varied, with Thai, Malaysian and Caribbean, and classic American and European specialties.
