The brainchild of Ace Gallery’s Douglas Chrismas, Mid-City’s Ace Museum focuses on local, national and international art, primarily from the 1960s to the present. Incorporated in July of 2009, the museum might be best known for the 20-foot-high chrome metal statue of Lenin's head located in its foyer. Don't start planning an evening visit, however; it’s open weekdays from 1-5 p.m.
