Toshi Sushi

Little Tokyo has many little sushi restaurants, some more noticeable than others, but Toshi Sushi has long been a mainstay for locals. Run by sushi chef Toshihiko Seki, there is an outstanding sushi bar omakase menu, lovely housemade tofu, and during January, terrific iterations of traditional mochi. Don't let the long lines for nearby Daikokuya distract you.
