On the boutique-heavy corner of Melrose and Robertson Boulevard, upscale American and Mediterranean restaurant Sur boasts warm lighting, angelic figurines, elegant candelabras and white linens. The menus are light and refined: crab gorgonzola risotto, angel hair pasta with herbs, caprese salad and seared Ahi tuna. It is sister restaurant to similarly white-laden Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills.
