If you needed a reason to head to Beverly Hills (and some of us do), there is chef Scott Conant's swank Italian restaurant Scarpetta, lodged in the ground floor of the Montage Hotel. There is plenty of beautiful food to order, but you're there for the legendary (or notorious) $24 spaghetti, which price does not even include meatballs. It's worth it.
