Patina Group's Kendall's Brasserie in downtown L.A. is a contemporary French restaurant led by chef Jean Pierre Bosc, whose excellent bar program is helmed by mixologist Paul Sanguinetti. Come for the absinthe-centric happy hour and stay for the calamari casserole, the braised rabbit, and the 7-hour pork roast.
