Enoteca Drago in Beverly Hills offers paper-thin slices of prosciutto, ricotta-filled squash blossoms and oozing burrata. The best thing on their Italian menu, however, is the black truffles, which are found on the mozzarella pizza with caramelized onions so delicate that they've practically dissolved. As if that's not enough, the real kicker is that the three ingredients find themselves melting between two wafer-like crusts.
