Delphine is an airy, Riviera-themed restaurant, with massive windows and sun-bleached blue tile that feels straight out of Cannes. Foie Gras "Torchon," Seared Live Maine Diver Scallops and Pan Roasted Drake Duck Breast are just a few of the decadent options found at the restaurant.
