Because there can never be too many places for great coffee and breakfast burritos, in 2014 the folks from Golden State opened Cofax, a few doors down from their popular beer and burger joint. Named for both Fairfax and Sandy Koufax, this tiny, cozy coffeeshop has enough room for a counter, a La Marzocco espresso machine and a case for doughnuts. What else do you really need?
