Yes, they do pour-over coffee and incredible espresso, just like every other coffee house in town. But they also roast their own coffee beans and serve amazing Kyoto-style iced coffee brewed over 14 hours in a mad-scientist apparatus. Their lavender-tinged drinking chocolate is the stuff of chocoholic fever dreams: Made with E. Guittard Cocoa Rouge cocoa powder mixed with Tahitian vanilla, the drink then is imbued with a drop or two of lavender oil. The hint of lavender gives it a wild floral finish, and the result is a deep, rich, thick, dark chocolate that will stain your teeth and win your heart.
