The Los Angeles Police Department knows where the party people will be on this rare, full-moon-lit Friday the 13th. In fact, on almost any weekend the LAPD has its DUI cops out in force in our very own party town, Hollywood, and in adjacent neighborhoods.

This weekend, cops are doubling down on Sunset Boulevard. There will be two - count 'em - two DUI checkpoints on Sunset. One is planned for Hollywood while other is in Silver Lake.

We've got the times and locations, plus information on checkpoints in West Hollywood, Malibu and more:

-Tonight from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. the LAPD will be operating a DUI checkpoint on Sunset Boulevard at Ogden Drive in Hollywood.

-Tonight from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. another Sunset Boulevard drunk-driver checkpoint will be happening on Sunset, this time at Fountain Avenue in Silver Lake.

-Tonight from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department will have a DUI checkpoint waiting for you somewhere in the city of West Hollywood (they're not saying exactly where).

-Tonight from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. deputies plan to operate a checkpoint somewhere in the city of Malibu (they're not saying exactly where).

-Tonight from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. sheriff's deputies will be stationed at a checkpoint somewhere in the city of Palmdale (they're not telling us exactly where).

-Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight the sheriff's department will be running a checkpoint somewhere in the fine city of Norwalk (again, they're not saying exactly where).

Be safe.
