It's upskirt season is Southern California. The sun comes out, and so do the pervs.

Our latest suspect is Mylyn Corniche Johnson (yes, he shares his middle name with a Rolls- Royce model), a 29-year-old whom cops say was taking upskirt cellphone video at a Lancaster Target over the weekend.

He was arrested yesterday:

When a woman told store security that she had spotted Johnson filming up an "unsuspecting" customer's skirt, he was held until cops arrived, sheriff's officials said.

When authorities checked his phone they say they found more than 100 women who had been taped by the suspect.

They say the victims ranged from teenagers to women who appeared to be about 50-years-old.

Detectives say Johnson found his victims throughout the Antelope Valley, including at a Salvation Army Store, the Lancaster International Shopping Mall, and on Metrolink trains. They claim he's been at it since at least last summer.

The suspect had since grown brazen, cops allege, chatting up women, saying he's an entertainment executive, or claiming to be a tattoo artist. In reality, authorities said, he's a registered sex offender:

During one incident at the K-Mart Store in Lancaster, Suspect Johnson contacted an unidentified female in the store. He identified himself as a security officer and detained her for shoplifting. He then ordered her to expose part of her buttocks under the guise that he was searching her. This incident was captured by Suspect Johnson on video and recovered by Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau detectives.

Johnson was hit with 15 counts, some of them felonies, including allegations of false imprisonment, burglary, and unlawful recording of undergarments, sheriff's officials said late Thursday.

He was jailed in lieu of $750,000 bail, according sheriff's inmate data.

About 10 victims have been identified but most of more than 100 have not, cops say. If you think you were taped by Johnson, sheriff's detectives would like to hear from you: 877-710-5273.
