As if the prospect of Kim Kardashian wooing East Coast rapper Kanye West to L.A. for an explosive super-coupling not seen since Beyonce and Jay-Z first hid their love wasn't enough celebrity news for you, they're buying a house from another big-name crush.

The $11 million, 10,000-square-foot Bel Air abode (with plenty of room in the back, we'd imagine) the duo is reportedly purchasing as a possible love nest was sold to them in part by none other than ...

... Mauricio Umansky of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame (he's the heartthrob married to Kyle Richards).

He's the Mexican worth millions! (And not, it would seem, the Mexican worth billions).

He's also a real estate agent who seems to handle some of the Westside's biggest top-dollar listings, including a piece of this one.

The folks over at Hollyscoop sent an email to the Weekly boasting of this particular scoop:

This is the first time, Kim and the "Real Housewives" star have been linked together professionally. Fun Fact: Mauricio's wife Kyle is half-sisters with Kathy Hilton whose daughter Paris USED to be Kim K's BFF. So much drama, amiright?

We can't wait for that house to turn into a reality show production set.
