Meet Jaclyn Swedberg, Playboy's newest Playmate of the Year. Or, if you're a graduate of Chino Hills High School, get re-acquainted with your former classmate.
Swedberg, who was awarded the honor at a ceremony at the Playboy mansion earlier this month, will appear on the magazine's June cover, on newsstands now, and in an 8-page spread inside.
According to her LinkedIn page, the 21-year-old is now studying communications and broadcast journalism at Woodbury University in Burbank. Those studies ought to prepare her for her roles with Playboy Enterprises, where she says she is "involved with four different shows on Playboy TV," including Badass, Playboy Beach House, Camp Playboy, Playboy Trip Patagonia.
Badass, in case you're not familiar, "is a very funny and very exciting show. I learned to do so many crazy stunts and activities, all of which I was naked doing lol," Swedberg explains on her Facebook page.
Playboy Beach House, meanwhile, required a little more work. "I was able to do show intros and I was also able to put my journalism skills to work while interviewing performers and party goers," she writes.
In addition to those shows, Swedberg says, she is also works as a network host for a martial arts channel called BlackbeltTV.
Despite all Swedberg's hard work, she appears to remain relatively anonymous to her alma mater. "I dont know anything about it," a representative of Chino Hills High School principal's office said when called for comment about the honor. (If any former classmates out there have memories of Swedberg, share them in the comments section!)
In addition to her title, Swedberg will receive a $100,000 cash prize from Playboy.
