Do yourself a favor:

Never hire this guy.

Rene Ochoa, a 49-year-old maintenance man and alleged illegal alien, was sentenced this week to 180 days in jail after admitting that he engaged in "repeated lewd behavior in front of a young girl" who lived at a Pacific Palisades building where he worked, according to the L.A. City Attorney's office.

The creep touched the girl's vagina once and exposed himself to her twice during times when he was supposed to be performing repairs in her family's bathroom, according to authorities.

The girl was only four.

The City Attorney's office says this happened in July and August.

For that Ochoa got not only six months behind bars but also four years probation and a restraining order protecting the child after he pleaded guilty to one count of child endangerment and one count of lewd conduct.

It's possible he won't get to spend too much time in lovely County Jail, though. According to the C.A., Ochoa is "in the process of being deported and facing federal prison on illegal entry charges."
