A Latino man fatally shot at 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 8, has been identified as 19-year-old Hector Rocha-Rizo. The shooting occurred at 4803 South Slauson Avenue in Mar Vista.

According to coroner's reports, Rocha-Rizo was hit in the head at close range. LAPD officers found the young man dead at the scene, and believe the suspect(s) may have fled in a black Toyota Camry.
