Thirty-four-year-old Ryan Bowman, the man who turned himself in after a woman crossing the street was fatally struck down on the Sunset Strip this week, distributes Girls Gone Wild videos in Australia, according to reports.

The tragedy happened shortly before midnight on Wednesday when, authorities said, a charcoal Bentley struck 21-year-old Hollywood resident Lauren Ann Freeman and kept going.

The woman, part of a pack of 30 or so party-goers outside the Roxy club, died at the scene.

A Bentley with front-end damage was found parked near La Cienega Boulevard and Melrose Avenue, not far from the hit-and-run.

Then, on Thursday afternoon, Bowman turned himself in at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station. His lawyer was with him, and the suspect did not say a peep.

Alcohol was believed to be involved, Los Angeles County sheriff's Capt. Mike Parker said, but for now Bowman was booked on suspicion of manslaughter. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 $2 million bail.
