Department 106 is filling up with media, bloggers, D.A. staff members, murder ghouls, et al. No sign of Spector yet, although we've overheard he's coming in with 10 people. The jurors had  been deliberating just under 30 hours, since March 26, when they rang the court clerk three times this morning to announce a verdict had been reached.

Spector could be convicted of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Lana Clarkson on February 3, 2003, or he could be convicted on the considerably less severe charge of involuntary manslaughter. The rough, ballpark guess about the verdict-reading time was 2 p.m.,  but that's obviously out the window now.
