(Los Angeles), There Will Be Food: Latin American Cuisine in L.A. brings together Pulitzer-winning food writer Jonathan Gold and Evan Kleiman — host of KCRW's calorie cavalcade Good Food — to delve into a world of food that's about more than just nachos, tacos and chimichangas. Much of how L.A. became a modern megalopolis depended on the movement of cultures and their cuisines, which the experts this evening will discuss as they examine this particular skein in the fabric of our lives.
